Our family have purchased 3 vehicles over the years at Central Florida Toyota. Most recently, we decided to trade our 2006 Tacoma . Our sales consultant was Mr. Shaheem Chung. Mr. Chung was very well ver Central Florida Toyota. Most recently, we decided to trade our 2006 Tacoma . Our sales consultant was Mr. Shaheem Chung. Mr. Chung was very well versed in all the specifications and options of the 2021 Tacoma we were interested in purchasing. Mr. Shaheem was also able to quickly navigate the finance options available to us including obtaining credit scores . I can't think of a time where we have been more impressed with the courteous manner and professionalism Mr. Chung projected. We were very impressed particularly with the teamwork, communication skills and his attention to detail skills. We write this review as Fire Service Supervisor of 30 years and my wife, a School Teacher of 30 years. Mr. Chung should be proud of his obvious dedication to be the best sales consultant he can be. My experience wasn't very good. I wanted to buy a really nice looking 2010 Prius but the dealer said they had to put it through inspection even though they had already advertised it for sale. They said they would let me know when the inspection was finished but never did. What most likely happened is that the vehicle was put on sale for less than what it was worth and the dealer wanted to sell it for more than advertised. I was given a song and dance to dissuade me from trying to buy it. Like most dealerships this place is dishonest. More
