I went there to simply do the regular service in my 2020 tundra when I was approached by the salespeople and manager Priscila Santos who offered me an exchange in a 2021 tundra. My financing was approved an tundra when I was approached by the salespeople and manager Priscila Santos who offered me an exchange in a 2021 tundra. My financing was approved and I left with the car perfectly. 4 days after the purchase, Mrs. Priscila Santos called me saying that she lacked a signature and asked me to go to the store as soon as possible to resolve it and I went immediately, upon arriving at the store they treated me as a delinquent and not me they let go with the car, claiming that the financing was declined. I do not recommend this was the greatest humiliation of my life! How my financing declined after almost a week? they gave me back my tundra 2020 and I will never buy a car at toyota again. More
