I went there to simply do the regular service in my 2020 tundra when I was approached by the salespeople and manager Priscila Santos who offered me an exchange in a 2021 tundra. My financing was approved and I left with the car perfectly. 4 days after the purchase, Mrs. Priscila Santos called me saying that she lacked a signature and asked me to go to the store as soon as possible to resolve it and I went immediately, upon arriving at the store they treated me as a delinquent and not me they let go with the car, claiming that the financing was declined. I do not recommend this was the greatest humiliation of my life! How my financing declined after almost a week? they gave me back my tundra 2020 and I will never buy a car at toyota again. More

Mr. Chung was very well versed in all the specifications and options of the 2021 Tacoma we were interested in purchasing. Mr. Shaheem was also able to quickly navigate the finance options available to us including obtaining credit scores . I can't think of a time where we have been more impressed with the courteous manner and professionalism Mr. Chung projected. We were very impressed particularly with the teamwork, communication skills and his attention to detail skills. We write this review as Fire Service Supervisor of 30 years and my wife, a School Teacher of 30 years. Mr. Chung should be proud of his obvious dedication to be the best sales consultant he can be. My experience wasn't very good. I wanted to buy a really nice looking 2010 Prius but the dealer said they had to put it through inspection even though they had already advertised it for sale. What most likely happened is that the vehicle was put on sale for less than what it was worth and the dealer wanted to sell it for more than advertised.
