Would give them ZERO stars if I could, what a waste of time to deal with. I received a call the first night at 8pm which I did not answer because it was late and I didn't recognize the number. After receiving the VM I preceded to call them back the next morning. I got a hold of sales and let them know the vehicle I was interested in. The salesman looked it up and then let me know that he wasn't sure if the car was for sale because it was supposedly still being inspected. The car was already posted online with a price and mileage but was possibly NOT FOR SALE??? WHAT?? Of course he immediately tries to recommend other cars that ARE available at double the price. Classic bait and switch tactic. I made it clear that was not in the budget. He then says okay well give me an hour and I will call you back, I need to go check with our inspection department as to where the car is. He informs me that if the car fails their inspection that they will just send it to auction. I waited several hours and no call. I decided to call back and this time got another salesman. I informed him of the prior conversation. He tries to pass me off to the original salesman to which I object because he had done NOTHING to assist me and would rather a sale go to someone who could do their job. He then request I let him get the information on the van and call me back......Well that never happened. The dealership is a joke. I was looking at a cheaper car , as far as their lot goes and I was apparently not worth their time. I found another vehicle and purchased from somewhere else and wouldn't you believe that I got a text from these guys days later asking me to come down and take a test drive of the car that they never called back about. I preceded to tell them that they had wasted my time and that I had already found a car and would NEVER be using their services. He had the audacity after to ask me what vehicle I purchased as if it were any of his business to which I promptly made very clear by stating it was none of their business since they had their chance and neglected me as a customer and that I did not wish to talk to them about things that they had no part in. More

Every time inquire about a car it’s being inspected, but it’s on the website to be sold. The last 3 cars in wanted to purchase, I couldn’t. I already had 3 bad experiences here at this location. Something was missed in my original service and when I brought it back, they were extremely helpful and courteous. I was upset, and Maggie did everything in her power to calm me down and give me every pos brought it back, they were extremely helpful and courteous. Cam was one of the technicians and he did an excellent job fixing my brakes and even went out of his way to make the work look beautiful. Overall, excellent service and they were quick to take responsibility when things weren’t perfect, which is rare for any business. Highly, highly recommend! More
