Llame en la tarde para ver si podía devolver unos brake pads que compre en el dealer de Daytona Beach que me dieron los incorrectos para mi auto ,dijeron que si tenía el recibo y todo guardado en su caja o pads que compre en el dealer de Daytona Beach que me dieron los incorrectos para mi auto ,dijeron que si tenía el recibo y todo guardado en su caja original no había problema, ellos me lo aceptaban. Pues fui a devolverlos y cuando llegue me dijeron que ellos no los aceptaban que yo los había comprado en otro dealer,le dije a la persona que me atendió pero si yo llame antes y vengo desde lejos y ahora me dicen que no. Me dijo, lo que podemos hacer para arreglar el inconveniente es darle un descuento si compra unos nuevos, los nuevos cuestan $83 y se los voy a dejar en $51. Le dije ok y pague $65.19. Cuando llegué a casa chequeo en su tienda y cuesta lo mismo que pague, no $83 como me dijo ella, esto quiere decir que es mentira lo del descuento. Muy molesto porque ella me ofreció un descuento, aclaro que fue iniciativa de ella de darme el descuento porque yo nunca se lo pedí,que forma de engañar a un cliente que lleva visitando el mismo lugar casi 5 años, eso no funciona así y ustedes lo saben,la persona que me atendió se llama Maria Domínguez, me atendió en el departamento de partes, muy mal trabajo de ella y muy poco profesional ,como es posible que te puedan hacer eso en un lugar tan concurrido, sabra a cuantos les habrá pasado lo mismo,le doy una estrella porque no me da la opción de no poner ninguna More
