Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. Purchased a Black label Aviator in December. 3k miles later the transmission had to be replaced. It took 29 days to repair (1 day short of the lemon law). We initiated EVERY call, took the matter to Lincoln requesting a replacement of the car to no avail. The sales manager called us 32 days into this process. We have repeatly ask to talk to the General Manager or owner of the dealership but they acted as they were not existant. They were pleasant when we bought the but when there was an issue with the car, the customer service was a zero! More
