Been going there for 7 years I've always had great service. The staff is always friendly. My only complaint are the TV monitors they hardly ever work or have anything ever interesting on them. The Dealership on a whole was very nice. Organized and clean My Sales Rep Otis Davis Jr was top notch. He was very attentive to my car buying experience needs and made the whole transaction Organized and clean My Sales Rep Otis Davis Jr was top notch. He was very attentive to my car buying experience needs and made the whole transaction a warm welcomed experience. He made sure everything was done right to the fullest of his abilities from the greeting, the care of the car, expedient hand off from detail shop and all needed dept with the greatest accuracy allowed in regards to the paperwork. The Finance Dept Rep Hany Azer feel short in 3 areas. 1) My address was incorrect on all the Loan Documents, even after Otis and Myself gave him the correct information,.."AND HE WOULD NOT CORRECT IT. 2)The provided car insurance policy from State Farm was not entered on the Lien Holder contract form. Instead, there was a random " GEICO " name and Policy number entered on the insurance verification form. On that insurance verification form it is noted that I could be prosecuted for providing false information " BUT HE WOULD NOT UPDATE IT". 3) the Vehicle registration had the wrong address information on it too. 4) I needed to leave the purchase car there until I could come back for the car with a 2nd driver, which no other dealership had a problem with. due to me living in North Florida which is a 4 Hour drive to Orlando. With the above mentioned in 1, 2, and 3 being all wrong and highly illegal, I was told by Hany that I would have to drive the not recorded properly, uninsured car I purchased from the dealership off the lot, for 24 hours before I could bring the purchased car back and drive the vehicle I traveled to the dealership in from North Fl. that had the correct insurance information and registration. The Salesmen Otis Davis and I had no luck calling State Farm 1-800 line to get the purchased car added to my policy. So now I'm stuck. 1.5 hours later It was time for the Dealership to close. Hany tells Otis security is about to lock up, and I can just leave the Purchase Car there and Drive my car that I came down in back to North Florida..... SO WHAT WAS ALL THAT GOTTA DRIVE OFF THE LOT FOR 24 Hours all about. That puts me on the road at 8 P.M. to travel home IN THE DARK. I got home at 12:15 A.M the next day. The Sales Experience ' Excellent " the Detail Shop " Excellent " anyone else i met " Excellent ". Finance Dept..........For the Rep, Hany Azer, You need to clean that up, "PRONTO" Leaves the Buyer with action Items. You have to Call the Loan Company, Get Insurance information recorded accurately on your Loan Contract, get your Vehicle address recorded properly on your Vehicle Registration. All could have been avoided if you just look at the provided information that the Salesman Otis Davis and I carefully filled out accurately on the Application paperwork that was provided to him. More
