Once the sale has been made they do not follow up or even return phone calls. I have bought 3 cars from them but will not be returning. I am a loyal customer who had all service appointments here. My services last week were satisfactory and charged at a 100% increase in cost. I was handed a list of recommended services that "should have been performed" 10k miles earlier. I called the dealership and I was told they were cementing their luxury brand image by upgrading the service report. The service manager told me I should be getting better service although he noted much of what I was told was accurate but incomplete. I've thought about his response and whileI want to believe that, it has not been my experience this week. The cost of the oil change and tire service was $149 plus tax plus disposal. The other Linciln dealer in the area quotes $100 for the same service plus they offer Saturday hours. The 60k maintenance services were out of the book. I believe the service I received was luxury priced but not worth the cost. Since they didn't value my loyalty, I don't feel the need to remain so. More

This is my third car I bought from CFL and it's because both the sales and service departments are second to none. Every time I had my last two cars serviced here, they always finish on time or early; and both the sales and service departments are second to none. Every time I had my last two cars serviced here, they always finish on time or early; and my car is returned to me looking brand new like the day I bought it. Recently, they were able to roll the gains I had from my lease into discounts off a new Lincoln, getting a new one in my price range and out the door the same day. From finance to detail everyone was friendly and outstanding. I will definitely continue to do business with CFL for the foreseeable future as they keep up this first class service. More
I had an appointment for an oil change on 10/21/22 at 8a. I was told by my advisor that my car would be done in the morning. I dropped my car off and didn’t hear back from them until I reached out around 2p. I was told by my advisor that my car would be done in the morning. I dropped my car off and didn’t hear back from them until I reached out around 2p. I was told that my car wouldn’t be done until 5p by the associate that I spoke with. Around 4p I got a call from my advisor that my car was ready, by then I had to pay for a ride back to the dealership due to how long the process took I had to make different arrangements. When I got to the dealership my car was still not ready. Needless to say they are horrible with communication, customer service and no matter when I come to this location it’s always an issue. I blame myself for thinking it would be different or issues would be corrected. It took 9 hours to get an oil change 8a-5p, I would hate to see how long it would take to do more serious maintenance! I will never return to this location, me being a over the road truck driver time is super important and they aren’t mindful of their customers time either! More
