He greeted me by name, he carefully listened to our issue, he indicated that the service teama would start immediately - thusa llowing him to make a recommendation for the resolution of the car issue. I was waiting in the customer lounge and shortly after arriving, he came to me personally to inform me what was found/discovered and that he was going to get it fixed/resolved. Only about 45 minutes later, I was driving away - as one super happy customer. Everyone I have ever encountered at this location has been extremely professional and helpful. My only issue is that the vehicle I purchased does not come with a hardcopy user manual. It appears this is been extremely professional and helpful. My only issue is that the vehicle I purchased does not come with a hardcopy user manual. It appears this is now a thing of the past, and you have to either view it while using the navigation screen in the car or download it from the internet. In my opinion, the full user manual should be standard with all vehicles, particularly since the price of cars is so high. Just my thoughts and probably this is not the only model where this is happening. More
