Rob was indignant that I had not told him in advance that I may have a trade in. Obvioulsy he wanted to raise his new car price so he could show more trade allowance. I wanted to know the tru value as they saw it, of my trade in. This is the only way I know to get it. He felt as if I had a moral or legal duty to tell him in advance if I had a trade. He was a total jerk. I would never do business with them. More
