The issue with my "no climate control" was resolved. However, it took a very long time to replace an 'easy-to-access' control module. I dropped off my truck on a Tuesday morning, but it wasn't ready unt However, it took a very long time to replace an 'easy-to-access' control module. I dropped off my truck on a Tuesday morning, but it wasn't ready until Friday morning. Also, the cost seemed exorbitant — over $2000 for a small module. If there hadn't been programming involved in this repair, I would have taken my business elsewhere and will continue to do so for future repairs. Additionally, the quote I received for the repair was $1900, which did not include tax. I wasn't informed tax was not included beforehand. Another complaint is that when it came time to pay, I was asked how I would be paying. When I said credit card, I was then informed that I would be charged an additional 3% fee. If I had known this beforehand, I would have brought my checkbook. I already had a bad experience in the past with multiple services done by this dealer on a Jeep I used to own, although that was a long time ago, so I thought I would give them another chance. I will admit that I was given a 10% discount because I requested it. More
