First spoke with Chris about a recall. He said they had the parts needed to fix the vehicle. Once I got there he wasn’t there and the person that helped me said that they in fact did not h He said they had the parts needed to fix the vehicle. Once I got there he wasn’t there and the person that helped me said that they in fact did not have the parts. Wasted my time. He said they would simply “take the parts off of another car”. While waiting Mike (a sales guy) was very pushy about selling me a new vehicle. I told him I was simply waiting on maintenance. He assured me that the car that I had in the shop was discontinued and dangerous to drive. He conned me into buying something else. After the fact I found out he lied about the bank due date, the price of the car and even the MPG. This is all after he assured me that these things were up to par. Seems like dodge dealers/jeep dealers are con/scammers. They only want a sale. I don’t even think the workers trust each other. I was at the dealer for about 8 hours. At that point I was tired and just simply wanted to leave. After being sold the vehicle he wouldn’t answer simple questions like where I find bank info. He simply referred me to someone else. He literally lied through the entire transaction. I won’t be back. More
