The dealership messed up my car during service. I went there to replace a purge valve and now hearing a noise I never heard before every morning I start my vehicle during a cold start. It is now making a grinding sound and not driving right until it warms up. I took the car back and they couldn’t diagnose the problem. I was denied my complimentary car rental that was sent to my email from central Florida dodge jeep ram both times but told I had to leave my car overnight for them to see what they messed up in my vehicle. It’s a shame that I bought the car from them less than a year ago and already having to replace a purge valve and now they are saying that they sold me a car with bad engine mounts as well. It’s a 2020 BMW that shouldn’t even be having these problems for Christ sake but they sure are creating problems. Absolutely ridiculous how I made it clear that I cannot afford any repairs of buying this car from them and now they are causing repairs. I was told I had a lifetime warranty when buying the vehicle just to find out that they don’t cover anything when you bring it there for service and they fix one thing but mess up something else so that I have to continue spending more money when they should be making their customers satisfied and appreciating that I chose Central Florida Dodge Jeep Ram to purchase my vehicle! More
