Lots of folks standing around looking busy. I was told to take my Ram in for two critical recall items because this dealership said it had the parts. Upon picking up my truck am told no fuel t I was told to take my Ram in for two critical recall items because this dealership said it had the parts. Upon picking up my truck am told no fuel tank bracket available yet. Nice. Now my truck smells like transmission fluid. Did you put the paper floormat and plastic sheeting over the seat AFTER repairing the tranny? Because the paper mat was spotless and the plastic was floating over the seat when I opened the driver sude door. Brilliant! More

Poor customer service Dropped off my vehicle for service. I called to check on it & had to leave a message. Went to dealership & was informed it was done. This was on a vehicle I had just purchased a few days earlier, newer model. Prior to bringing my vehicle in for service I left numerous messages for a return call, which were never returned. More
