No nail on a tire. I usually go there to change my car's oil but this time I took my GF car to do the same. I mentioned I needed air on one of the tires and the service I usually go there to change my car's oil but this time I took my GF car to do the same. I mentioned I needed air on one of the tires and the service person asked me that he could rotate the tires so $25 so I yes. When I get to pick up the car, the sales person told me that there is a nail on the rear left tire and that beyond repair. So they did not performed a tire rotation. The tire cost $179.00 plus $20 labor. But air was put in the tires meanwhile. I get on the car and the sensor showed the same air pressure than before. So next day I went to discount tire and there was no nail on any tire, so they filled up the tires with air for free. I am glad you guys sent this surveys. More

Very fast and easy I dropped my car off at 6am for a recall repair. By 8am it was finished. When I picked up my car at 3 PM I was on my way home in less than 5 minutes I dropped my car off at 6am for a recall repair. By 8am it was finished.
