Making It Right - Service Department I have used CFCJDR for many years and they have never disappointed. The service is always done within the expected time and almost always ahead of sch I have used CFCJDR for many years and they have never disappointed. The service is always done within the expected time and almost always ahead of schedule. In this instance, the last oil change was overfilled in error. I brought it to J.P's attention, and he said bring it in and I will make it right. I brought our Dodge Ram in and J.P. had Alex oversee the new oil change thru Paul the Ecodiesel mechanic. Alex was very helpful keeping me up with the process and I was back on the road quickly. I have been helped by all the service advisors here, and they are very personable and deal with your vehicle efficiently . Thank you, J.P., Alex and Paul More

Worst Customer Service I bought a 2017 Jeep Renegade August of 2017 my rotor had a bunch of waves on it. Come to find out my break pads were DEFECTED which DEFECTED but Jeep I bought a 2017 Jeep Renegade August of 2017 my rotor had a bunch of waves on it. Come to find out my break pads were DEFECTED which DEFECTED but Jeep wanted me to pay for it because they said it was a ware and tear which when you have a defect it’s not a wear and tear I fought with for 1 month to fix my car for free I had corporate and everything involved and they only fixed the front two rotors and break pads they said if I want the back 2 fix I would have to pay for it I explain to them your dealership sold me the car defected I didn’t put a defect in the car but they said I wish I can do something but I can’t. I will never in my life own another Jeep again because of the horrible customer service I would call they wouldnt answer or if they say they would call me back they never do I had to call them this went on for 1 month back and forward say to give the lm 48 hrs but never calls back . I was stuck with no car until the week they decided they would do something. Then they gave a rental they didn’t give one before because the car was driveable but here’s the thing my break could of gave out at anytime so should you put your daughter or son in a car with mess up breaks ? No right ? I’m so done with this dealership if I need anything done I’m finding another one but I will never get a Jeep again because of this bs experience. They only good thing I can say was Steve was a great person. Other than that worst place to purchase a car and to fix anything on the car. More
