My service advisor, I recently had my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee serviced at the Central Florida Chrysler/Jeep dealership and it was a great experience! My service advisor, Justin Perry was very polite, professional, and kept me informed at every step along the way. He took the time to always let me know exactly what was happening, how muck much it would cost, and even sent me pictures too. Vacation nightmare Just want to say how helpful your service advisor (Ray Lopez) was. My family and I were in Florida for a week vacation to the Disney parks. After Just want to say how helpful your service advisor (Ray Lopez) was. My family and I were in Florida for a week vacation to the Disney parks. After a 850 mile trip to the orlando area our 2014 Dodge RT vans transmission finally gave out. We were now stranded in Orlando without a van...nor any idea if it will make it home in the same van. Ray and team were excellent in keeping us posted on progress and timeline of completion. I also want to thank Jacob Perez and Jennifer Huckleberry from Jacksonville CDJR in coordinating the warrenty assistance program that greatly helped our family. Again we have been a Dodge /Jeep customer for years and plan to stay a customer. Thank you again for all the help and service your company did for us.
