Irresponsible, incompetent, bad service...etc. Irresponsible, incompetent, bad service and the representatives like to treat customers as though they are stupid. I took my van for a simple repair Irresponsible, incompetent, bad service and the representatives like to treat customers as though they are stupid. I took my van for a simple repair and they told me I needed much more than was truly needed. As though this wasn’t enough, they also returned my car to me with additional damage that the car didnt have before I took it in. This is the second time that they’ve done this. More

Great Service! Alex was very polite and professional. As was the Service Manager. I think his name was Jacob. I brought my diesel Chevy in for an oil change and Alex was very polite and professional. I brought my diesel Chevy in for an oil change and despite being an off make vehicle they either had the filter already or got it pretty quickly. I was done within an hour. I'll definitely be back. Horrible service I will never be coming back to this dealership for an oil change. $90 for a synthetic oil change is so much money. I was told it would be 79 with a co I will never be coming back to this dealership for an oil change. $90 for a synthetic oil change is so much money. I was told it would be 79 with a coupon 71. He up charged me because I was a girl and no dealership has ever heard of 90 oil change with no added tire rotation/inspection. I will be calling corporate to discuss. More

Unimpressive On a family vacation. Car trouble on arrival at Disney. Pros: Appt. Scheduled quickly, issues resolved eventually. Negatives: improper diagnosis, On a family vacation. Car trouble on arrival at Disney. Pros: Appt. Scheduled quickly, issues resolved eventually. Negatives: improper diagnosis, poor communication, picked up car, window switches didn’t work. Had to leave vacation and make a separate trip back 2 days in a row. Tech apparently didn’t double check his work. Although, shop tried to make it right, they need to ensure quality work is done and check their work. More

Just bad service Took my 2018 Jeep in for scheduled oil change and tire rotation and balance dropped it off at 8:30 am I was called and told it was finished it wasn’t Took my 2018 Jeep in for scheduled oil change and tire rotation and balance dropped it off at 8:30 am I was called and told it was finished it wasn’t even tho they said the tires were done they were not even touched had a faulty air pressure sensor in the right front tire was still faulty when I went to pick it up and tires had not been rotated or balanced I even checked the oil to make sure they had actually done that took them till the end of the day to get it corrected and then they actually hoses off the outside will not be bringing it back to you can’t trust the work will be done and done correctly More
