Complete Trainwreck I could honestly type a book on everything that went wrong with my experience with your dealership. The worst part of this is I'd struggle to come up I could honestly type a book on everything that went wrong with my experience with your dealership. The worst part of this is I'd struggle to come up with a couple sentences on what went well. The only thing that went well was finding a corporate contact to call the store for me (because the service department only contacts through text messaging which is ABSURD!) and using his title force them to locate my car and get the work started and finished as soon as possible. Days of texting with no response. If there is a manager he must be off the grid on a beach somewhere with how this dealership treats existing and new customers. Stay Away! More

I waited 15 minutes for someone to come out . I waited 15 minutes for a someone to come out. There were several other people waiting who where told some will be out.
