Worst dealership ever I was in Disney from Pennsylvania and had to take my truck in. I had to wait hours only to find out their courtesy vehicle took at least one person a I was in Disney from Pennsylvania and had to take my truck in. I had to wait hours only to find out their courtesy vehicle took at least one person ahead of me when I was next in line, so I had to Uber. Then they “fixed” my truck and as soon as I picked it up, you could tell it wasn’t fixed. In fact, they didn’t even take it for a test drive. I had to have it towed to another Dodge Dealership (Napleton), who did an exceptional job. More

Transmission I have been in CFCJD 3 times already for transmission issues. On my 3rd visit looks like they resolved the trans issues but now I have a plastic engin I have been in CFCJD 3 times already for transmission issues. On my 3rd visit looks like they resolved the trans issues but now I have a plastic engine cradle cover hanging underneath my car. I requested a oil change so I assume this is the result from shotty work. This cover is dragging underneath any more than likely wearing the cover away. I want my car fixed right. We all assume the dealer is the best way to go for professional work done right!!! But looks like it doesn't happen at this service service More
