I went for a dodge dart recall The people were nice and helped but they took in my car without having the piece for the recall. They called me to inform me that they didnt happen wh The people were nice and helped but they took in my car without having the piece for the recall. They called me to inform me that they didnt happen which was great to let me know but I wished that as soon as I called to make an appointment that they stopped me and said sorry we have to wait for that piece to come out before I waste my time. They dropped me back off to work which was nice. My only complaint is that they didnt have the piece and I drove to there during my work break. More
Issue not diagnosed properly - 15 days in shop!! Service Manager DID NOT LISTEN to my initial description of the issue and just rushed my vehicle into the shop. The service technician DID NOT PROPER Service Manager DID NOT LISTEN to my initial description of the issue and just rushed my vehicle into the shop. The service technician DID NOT PROPERLY DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM with my Automatic Steps, and just said he fixed a loose wire. Upon picking up my vehicle (the 1st time), the issue was not resolved and the step did not work properly. I brought my vehicle back again to have this issue looked into further. Again, they MIS-DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM AGAIN, and only ordered a wiring harness after I informed them it was probably a control module that was faulty. They kept my Jeep for 15 DAYS before finally ordering the part I told them was probably the issue (control module). However on their initial install of this module, they WIRED EVERYTHING BACKWARDS and it did not work properly. I called to finally raise xxxx with Management, before I was told it would be ready the next morning. WHY SHOULD A CUSTOMER HAVE TO WORK SO HARD TO GET RELIABLE AND SPEEDY SERVICE??? NO FOLLOW UP FROM SERVICE ADVISOR WITH SHOP TECHNICIAN TO EXPEDITE THE REPAIRS. My Service Advisor was Raphael. This switched to Jacob, after I did not hear back from Raphael. Jacob helped more than Raphael did, however Raphael is not lised in the employee list. More

We had just brought a 2019 Dodge Ram 1500 On the trip home we received a nail on one of the tires from all the construction going on in John Young parkway.
