Lots of folks standing around looking busy. I was told to take my Ram in for two critical recall items because this dealership said it had the parts. Upon picking up my truck am told no fuel t I was told to take my Ram in for two critical recall items because this dealership said it had the parts. Upon picking up my truck am told no fuel tank bracket available yet. Nice. Now my truck smells like transmission fluid. Did you put the paper floormat and plastic sheeting over the seat AFTER repairing the tranny? Because the paper mat was spotless and the plastic was floating over the seat when I opened the driver sude door. Brilliant! More

Poor customer service Dropped off my vehicle for service. I called to check on it & had to leave a message. Went to dealership & was informed it was done. No one ever called me to return my message or let me know the vehicle was done. My concerns about rust under my seats were ignored & was told it was water damage. This was on a vehicle I had just purchased a few days earlier, newer model. Prior to bringing my vehicle in for service I left numerous messages for a return call, which were never returned. More

Alex in Service is Exceptional! My visit today was in service, knowing I needed an oil change and possibly address a required software update (if they had time). Alex greeted me with a generous smile and professional graciousness while seamlessly getting everything arranged. Alex is exceedingly efficient and knows how to take care of the customer. Repairs The service person was great his name was Richard and I had asked for a tech to ride with me which he did and heard the noise I needed fixed. His name was Luig I think not sure.. im not happy with the quality of the ram .my 2015 had issues an now my 2017 has similar issues. 2 drive shafts replaced in 10 months, hub had to b replaced , upper control arms had to b replaced this time. The only reason I've stayed with ram is because of trucks l bought from 2004 to 2014 were real good trucks, especially my 2006 mega cab. This is my 8th ram an I'm looking to trade next year but not 100% sure it will b a ram again. More
