10000 mile checkup, tire rotation and locking lug nut key The guys were helpful and explaiined evrything. It took some time to lock down a manager but other than that it was a good experience. It was a long experience It could have been better but thanks I ended up giving my car at 9:05 I was there since 8:35 so timing needs to be way better because after I left and It could have been better but thanks I ended up giving my car at 9:05 I was there since 8:35 so timing needs to be way better because after I left and came back I ended up waiting an hour and 30 minutes after the fact for my car that was parked. Jacob was cool but the wait was not to par at all. More

Highway Robbery Took my Jeep to replace a Crank shaft sensor. I was charged $44 for the part and $279 labor. According the manufacturer warranty work. It should be $1 Took my Jeep to replace a Crank shaft sensor. I was charged $44 for the part and $279 labor. According the manufacturer warranty work. It should be $17 for the part and 0.5 hour labor. Less than 24 hours later I had the same problem. Took back, they came up with a list of things to be replaced, totaling around $5500.00. I asked to put it back together and took it to Airport Chrysler, Jeep...to find out they gave the Jeep with exposed and lose wires that could have caught on fire! AirportCJD is repairing it for half the price. More

Bad beginning, great ending They would not listen to me over a fuel problem they said that I had. Argued for couple of days during my vacation time with daughter. Had to return h They would not listen to me over a fuel problem they said that I had. Argued for couple of days during my vacation time with daughter. Had to return home and conceded to their (theory).they had me over a barrel. They tried telling me the car was finished. Had them have someone drive the car home. My point was proven only then.. But after that they were very compassionat with problem. They had a hard time figuring the car out. Great job on their part. I would still recommend them for their effort that they put in it. Still need work on customer input. More
