I did set an appointment and brought the vehicle in. When I brought the vehicle in I was promptly greeted by Ray the service advisor, he explained what the recalls were about, he gave me an estimated time for completion, I waited for the vehicle, the work was completed on time. My 2019 Jeep Wrangler Moab was less than 90 days old when it had to be towed back to the dealership due to an indicator that the engine was overheatin My 2019 Jeep Wrangler Moab was less than 90 days old when it had to be towed back to the dealership due to an indicator that the engine was overheating. I called before the tow truck came and talked with April. She was incredibly nice (at the time I was not in the best frame of mind having an early problem on my brand new Jeep. Justin checked me in and kept me informed every step of the way. He was very polite and also sympathetic to my situation. The team did a great job and swapped out a faulty sensor within 24 hours. I was really impressed and happy with what could have been a very frustrating day. More

The staff carefully processed information, as they were somewhat busy even though it it didn't appear too bad. Our service advisor, Ray, is friendly and professional. He made sure we had everything we needed and kept me updated by phone text. The waiting room was very comfortable and spacious. Area staff and sales people were very nice and understanding of how my son liked to play carefully of course. The lobby had a break area with lots of seating, complimentary coffee and other refreshments for purchase. We felt very comfortable and well bring any future service needs here. More
Emergency repairs took way too long. My right rear brake caliper seized. I have mechanical knowledge so I know what is involved in fixing it. The job should take no more than 6 hours but you had my truck for 1WEEK. The mechanics did not seem to be able to diagnose the issue and threw parts at the repair. I would like to have spoken directly with the mechanic but that was not possible . There did not appear to be continuity in the repair process. More

Gio Merced very helpfully let us come in with a flat tire and no appointment Saturday. He saw to other work for us that day as well that was not an emergency but which we were glad to have attended to. Gio apparently will be there for us when we return, but our prior experience has been that while we try to establish a cordial relationship with the Service people, the next time we come, whatever person we dealt with last time has disappeared. Have had endless problems with unreliable dashboard radio which they finally had to replace.New one still freezes now and then. Really unhappy that Chrysler does not even give owners of expensive new cars an Owners’ Manual. The little DVD supplied does not do it. More
