Appointment meant nothing Our service was to replace a door lock mechanism that had been ordered several months before. No one ever called that it was in - I only found out when I called. When we arrived for service, we were told that despite having an appointment there was a whole bunch of folks ahead of us and it would very likely take much longer than the 90 minutes I was told. What is the purpose of an appointment if you just take cars in order of arrival? To the service advisors credit, he did secure a loaner car for us. We were called maybe 2 hours later and asked if we wanted additional maintenance items done - we said no. Two more hours later, the advisor texted that the mechanic was having trouble opening the door -!sorry but that’s BS - I was manually unlocking the door for months. Several hours later I got notified that I could pick the car up - some 6 - 7 hours after drop off. More

Quick and helpful I came to this service center after trying two other places to fix an electrical problem. I explained the problem to Shawn and he made sure the techni I came to this service center after trying two other places to fix an electrical problem. I explained the problem to Shawn and he made sure the technician got the information and had enough time to evaluate the problem effectively. Several other maintenance items were done as well. Shawn was professional and kept me updated. I plan to use this location for future services. More

Great Service and friendly staff I am always skeptical about taking my car anywhere to get fixed or have an oil change completed. I was welcomed by Justin and he was terrific with ex I am always skeptical about taking my car anywhere to get fixed or have an oil change completed. I was welcomed by Justin and he was terrific with explaining everything that I needed to know. He even answered a few questions I had regards to my inside cabin filter that I changed on my own. Justin also saved me money and time because I changed my own wipers and didn’t take off the blade shields from the new purchase. I assumed they were not great blades. I will definitely take my car for future oil changes and maintenance as needed. Lastly, I like how they bring you the filter for you to see for yourself that it needs changing. Keep up the wonderful customer service! See you in the future Justin. More

3 hour wait time Usually I give an amazing review because I know how important it is in customer service. This visit had to be addressed differently. Upon arrival it t Usually I give an amazing review because I know how important it is in customer service. This visit had to be addressed differently. Upon arrival it took 11 minutes for someone to ask the reason for my visit. It took to long that I resulted in just dropping my key in an envelope and walking away just as I was doing so, I was finally helped. Along with the long wait time to be greeted, it took three hours to complete. I know there is always the reason of being extra busy, which is good. But three hours from when they pull my car into a bay until they pulled it out was a little much. I will still bring my vehicle here to give it another shot, but i will be weary of the time of service and greeting on the front drive. More
