Horrible experience I was sold a defected car. I’ve gone to the dealership with the same issue 3 times. I asked to speak with the service director because i needed a rent I was sold a defected car. I’ve gone to the dealership with the same issue 3 times. I asked to speak with the service director because i needed a rental car while they fix mine because i need it to go to work. The service directos was completely useless and irresponsible, he did not even bother to put the VIN number into the system to see the car’s recall, he did not wanted to take care of my case, he sent me home with an unsafe car putting my life at risk knowing my car started stalling on a hill and it could’ve cause an accident ending in death. More
