Wheel rotation The guy who worked on my car didnt even take off my old wheel weights. He literally just stacked a couple new ones on the old ones and didnt even wipe The guy who worked on my car didnt even take off my old wheel weights. He literally just stacked a couple new ones on the old ones and didnt even wipe off the rim first and they're already coming off. He told me I needed a new brake fluid change without testing the fluid or asking me when the last time it was serviced which was very recently. If I wasnt leaving for bootcamp this same week I would be going back and fighting that. I myself are a technician and when I ask the tech working on my car how they check brake fluid and he tells me just by the color, and stack new wheel weights on old ones where its barely cleaing the caliper, then that's just bad. I also had to go back and get my hun cap because he forgot to put it back on. More

Service Fix car for $700 did not fix problem. Then fixed right problem fuel pump cost expensive. Then had them look at AC and fixed first problem. Did not fix Fix car for $700 did not fix problem. Then fixed right problem fuel pump cost expensive. Then had them look at AC and fixed first problem. Did not fix problem. So once again needed to fix the problem but it was overpriced. I worked out to pay 2000 for all issues and they would do it for 2100. I had my car there for 3 days. 2 days the first issue, which was not fixed. I had to call AAA after the first misdiagnosis. If I did not have AAA I would have been screwed. But by bringing car in to the dealer I was already screwed!!!! Not going back!!!! More
