In and Out My visit was good. I needed an oil change. At first, no one was visible to assist when I pulled up. Once Gio noticed I was there, he asked if I had be My visit was good. He then brought me in and discussed my visit for the day. I received an oil change and a car wash without having ask for it in a timely manner. Only one note to mention, Gio did not go over my point inspection they were to perform during my oil and filter change. Unfortunately, I don’t know if the techs did the inspection or not nor feedback for the condition of the filter. More

2008 Jeep Problem resolved Shawn was so attentive! Our Jeep was having issues so we took it in to the dealer. Shawn found our warranty, he was persistent until he had the whole Shawn was so attentive! Our Jeep was having issues so we took it in to the dealer. Shawn found our warranty, he was persistent until he had the whole warranty thing straightened out for us. We really appreciate how easy he is to work with and how he took care of us. He put the warranty back into the system as it should be and then he gave us a rental car until our Jeep could be fixed. We dropped off the Jeep late Friday night and on Tuesday we picked it up and it is working perfectly. Thanks for all your help Shawn and the entire service department Julie C More

Great service Department BUT NEVER BUY A DODGE CHRYSLER This by far is the best service department I have been to. I would NEVER buy another Dodge Truck or Chrysler product again. That is a true shame because I loved the looks of the Ram Rebel that I ordered. The transmission had to be replaced and the electronic steering system had to be replaced not once but 3 times. With all this Chrysler was treating me like crap and all I wanted at the beginning was a even swap for another truck that didn’t have these issues. Chrysler told me no we will fix. Well 3 months later and extensive time traveling back-and-forth from Tampa to Orlando I was able to proceed with the lemon law. DO NOT BUY A DODGE/CHRYSLER PRODUCT. More
