Recall Repair The personnel was nice. I went in for 2 recalls my jeep had. I made an appt ahead and the morning I was to go in, I called for a later appointment a The personnel was nice. I went in for 2 recalls my jeep had. I made an appt ahead and the morning I was to go in, I called for a later appointment and was told i did not have one regardless the very nice representative made one for the same day. I drove in and a kind man greeted me. I had to wait like 15 min before someone came to try to check me in then another 5 or 10 min of wait until the service advisor Ray came to me. Ray was nice and immediately looked at what was needed. I also told him about a noise with my a/c and he knew what it was and also told me I needed to replace the filter. He also took a look around and noticed I had a nail on my tire and made a recommendation. The service was done but I waited about 5 hours until they were finished which for me was a bit much. My overall experience was positive. The area they should improve is the waiting and to find a way to keep the customer informed as the progress on the repair and how much more time it will take. I was hungry and if I had known i would have taken an uber or have someone pick me up. My overall experience was positive and I will return as my a/c still needs to be repaired. More
