$1400 oil indicator repair I went to your service center because my oil indicator was consistently fluctuating up and down. I read online that I had a bad gauge or a bad oil p I went to your service center because my oil indicator was consistently fluctuating up and down. I read online that I had a bad gauge or a bad oil pump, so I brought it to your service center. You quoted me a $1400 repair for two oil leaks... Wow!!!!!!!!! $1400!!! The strange thing is that in your garage there was oil all over the floor but on my garage floor, I didn’t have a single drop. Everyone was very nice to me but I am very, very suspect.... Going forward, I will only come in once I have had another mechanic diagnose the issue. More

2.5 hours for an oil change?!?! I set up an appointment for 12:00 and arrived 10 minutes early. There was a long line but it seemed be moving fast. It took over 10 minutes to talk to I set up an appointment for 12:00 and arrived 10 minutes early. There was a long line but it seemed be moving fast. It took over 10 minutes to talk to someone. After explaining that all I wanted was what was included in the service package I got when I purchased the truck, I was told it would be about an hour. No problem, we’ll go get lunch. Come back an hour and ten minutes later and I see my truck parked in a space behind the lube quick lube bays. Thinking it was done I went inside to complete the paperwork and get my keys. Nope. They hadn’t even started on it. I was told they’d pull it in right then and it would be 30 minutes tops. Well they did pull it into the garage but it took over an hour to get the oil change done. I can’t imagine being profitable if it takes that long to complete a simple oil change. The concept of having so many “specialists” to take care of the customer instead of a single desk is obviously not working More
