Unfortunate Experience. My experience with this dealership was ultimately the worst I think it possibly could have been. When I arrived at the dealership, with a scheduled ap My experience with this dealership was ultimately the worst I think it possibly could have been. When I arrived at the dealership, with a scheduled appointment, there was a line extending out to the road. I was not greeted at my car for at least 10 to 15 minutes. When I called I was told that too many appointments were scheduled for the same time. I asked what to do and the lady on the phone couldn’t seem to give me a solid answer as to whether I should wait by my car or walk inside and find someone to help me. When I was finally helped, a man took one look at my dash as I described the problem I was having and explained that I was going to need a new part without even stepping foot inside my car. I was immediately given the idea that whoever was working on my car was determined to find something wrong and expect me to pay for a new part without even troubleshooting, running codes, etc. I waited in the waiting room which I had to find on my own. I was not told about any of the amenities that the waiting room had to offer. I was greeted by list of what I needed after about an hour that added up to $850. I said that was ridiculous and I didn’t feel that I could trust them due to the way I was greeted. I asked for my keys and I waited outside. I was then pulled in and given additional options as to how I could handle my situation… I am curious to know why this didn’t happen in the first place. I don’t think that this dealership handles customer relationships well at all. I suppose I can appreciate a little bit (very little) of help I got at the end of my visit but at that point I had already been so upset it was hard to leave satisfied. More

The windshield and center console are in need of repair and so far it’s been weeks since the console was ordered and the windshield according to Safelite is back ordered with no expected date. Although the dealership is great Mopar is a big question. More
Emergency Uconnect problem I was in Orlando on my familymoon, yes that means the kids too. On our way there I noticed the Navigation had frozen, and all radio controls did not work. This bothered me because even though I live in Florida...I'm not familiar with Orlando. I arrived at service qithout an appointment, I was greeted very professionally and I explained my situation and my schedule for the time we were in Orlando. The service advisor got on his phone and told, who I found later was the head tech, that he has a situation that needed his presence upfront and immediate attention. I wiah I could remember both their names because they were AWESOME. After maybe 30 minutes the head tech came and found me with my keys and explained everything he did to my truck, and assured me that it was working properly. I will tell you this, while I waited for my truck I became worried about the reviews I was reading about this dealership.....those people are just wrong, I was treated like I was the most important person on the planet. Keep up the awesome work, and when I'm back in Orlando and have any type of problems....I will not hesitate to come back. More
