Great Service I took my car into for recalls and some other stuff, at first no one get in to my car and ask what I need, I have to get out the car, walk around, wai I took my car into for recalls and some other stuff, at first no one get in to my car and ask what I need, I have to get out the car, walk around, wait next to my car but nothing, I have to go inside and actually ask someone to help me. After a while of looking I ask a service guy, Justin, he took the time to walk to the car and get the stuff needed, after review the recalls he told about a noise from the engine, and told me that something was going on, when I purchase my car I purchase all warranties, and he took the time to see if the problem with the was cover by it, great service from his part. After a couple days the insurance have not answer his calls and I was in a rental, then finally at end of day on Friday told me that the warranty would cover all mechanical issues. Went to pick up my car on Monday, car was ready and Justin told me all what was done, I decide to give a test drive but not all was fixed, took the car to Justin, he call the mechanic, do some extra test and I have to leave my car and pick in the afternoon, I was not able so went on Tuesday morning but car was not ready, finally they text me back around noon that car was ready, did a test drive and finally problem fix. Justin just work his xxx on this car, the warranty in my opinion was a nightmare, he did what he can to pull this job and get the problem resolved, this guy deserve a gold medal. Thanks Justin definitively will be back if all the service guys are like him. Thanks again More

Slow service and overpriced When the appointment was made I immediately started receiving phone calls, texts and emails about buying a new car or selling mine. Excellent Service I called and scheduled an appointment for a noise my vehicle was making. I arrived a few minutes late and was greeted by Justin, I explained I was late and without hesitation he began to assist. He was personable, knowledgeable and made me feel like I was making a good decision with selecting this particular dealership to service my vehicle. Justin, provided me options, I wasn’t aware I had he explained what my warranty may or may not cover, the time frame if I decided to go with the dealership for my repairs. I decided to proceed with repairs he then walked me over so that I can get a rental and advised before any maintenance is started he would follow up with me to advise on pricing. My interaction with Justin was the definition of EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE ! From start to finish he exceeded my expectations he made this visit as simple as possible. Thank you ! More
