Poor service department I scheduled an oil change on line and it was making do my 40,000 miles inspection so I scheduled it for 1:20pm, go to the service department at 12:30 I scheduled an oil change on line and it was making do my 40,000 miles inspection so I scheduled it for 1:20pm, go to the service department at 12:30 and explained to the service advisor Jeffrey S that I only need it an oil changed and the on line application was making me do the 40,000 as well as the oil change. I told him I had to be at my kids daycare by 4:30 he said he could get me out before 4. I told if he can be done before 4 then do it he said ok. During the inspection the tech Jovan noticed I needed both my engine filter and pollen filter needed to be replaced, the service advisor called me and asked if I would like to change them I said as long as I am still out of here before 4 he said yes, I said ok do it then. It got to be 345 as I was waiting this whole time at the dealership I went to Jeffrey and he said oh they found a nail in one of the time and plugging it and should be almost done. It was now 405 and went back to Jeffery and he stated my car was almost done. I did not leave the service Dept till 4:35 when I got there at 12:30 and explained I had to be somewhere by 430. This is what I was promised! And now my service light is on! More
