Poor communication Dropped off my vehicle for scheduled oil change and tire rotation. Told advisor I was going to leave it and return. Had to call the service department to check the status of the repair. Ended up communicating through the text message service which I appreciate. Vehicle was done and I had not been notified. I picked the vehicle up several hours later and a different service agent helped me. There was no cost associated so he just said I was good. There’s no indication of the confusion of my tires or vehicle on my paperwork and nothing was discussed. A few days later I received a text message from the service agent thanking me for letting them arrive my vehicle and asking about my service experience. I replied with a. Question regarding the condition of my tires. No response. 2 days later I received another message letting me know I would receive a survey and if I wasn’t satisfied to contact him first. again, I responded with a question regarding the condition of my tires. No response. It is 2 days later and I still haven’t received a response. I even sent another text. Not super pleased about this experience. More

Horrific Car brokedown 1/16 and was towed to Centra Florida I called ahead to let your service know it was coming. I received a call back to say it was there. I called 1/17 am was told it was being diagnosed as we speak and I would be kept up dated as to the problem, I never received a call back I called 4 hours later to ask if they had found the problem, I was told problems had been found and parts ordered. Called Friday for up date couldn't get to speak to service agent was on hold for 54 minutes. After calling back and asking for service manager I was told all had been done apart from the garage door open (part was not going to be there until Saturday) I called back Saturday morning told them to forget it I will pick the car up and take it to another dealer, when I got there it had been done. More

He was very welcoming and attentive and knew exactly what service was required. I would give him a 10 out of 10 for outstanding service. And the good service also reminded me to check into my expiring warranty when I got home and I was able to extend my warranties and additional 5 years on basic warranty and 3 year extension on powertrain on a good 2018 rate deal from MOPAR. Was a grear day all around and I am now covered through the remainder of my car loan. Great service, great efficiency and effectiveness. More

My first service was abysmal Service advisor was non responsive, didn’t get a rental in a timely manner had to borrow a vehicle. Kept my vehicle for a week and offered no updates Service advisor was non responsive, didn’t get a rental in a timely manner had to borrow a vehicle. Kept my vehicle for a week and offered no updates unless prompted and left my truck under a oak tree and had sap and leaves all over truck and the truck was absolutely filthy when I got it back. I was offer no advice or information from my service advisor Gio when I picked it up...he couldn’t be bothered... he just had a kid who was a valet give me my keys and paperwork. Considering the truck only had 800 miles and it was the dealership I bought it from.. I expected service after the sale.. sadly disappointed and upset. Communication was dysmal at best. I will be writing a letter to the general manager of the dealership about my experience Eric Pruitt More
