Time took longer and prices not honored I brought in the coupons that said every day low price but only one was honored, and the other was not. Then, what was supposedly a slow day, not until 45 minutes later was I told that my car had not yet been brought to a bay. That is poor communication and a let down to the customer. The price was higher and the time took longer than expected. I will say, the person who brought my car out seemed extremely knowledgeable about the work he had done on the car. More

Service at Central Florida CDJR Ray was my service Advisor. He was professional and knowledgeable. The issues that i was having with my Jeep were mostly resolved. They had me back on the road by noon the following day After replacing the water pump, thermostat, coolant and timing belt. Jefrey, Bob and the whole team treated me first class and worked with the warranty department to ensure certain items were covered to reduce out of pocket expense. They also provided transportation to the conference and back to the service center once repairs were completed. Thank you! More
