Good experience I’m from out of town and didn’t have the time before my trip to have oil change done so when I arrived I found this location in Orlando. I called firs I’m from out of town and didn’t have the time before my trip to have oil change done so when I arrived I found this location in Orlando. I called first and was told no appointments for this service were necessary. I arrived and had one car in front of me for the express service the dealership has. There are 2 bays but only one was utilized. I checked in with my service advisor and then waited. I stayed outside to watch on a bench they provided which was nice as it was nice to be outside. I watched as only one service tech worked the tire rotation and oil change on the vehicle in front of me and just as he was ready to pull it in the bay a manager went up to him and told him he needed another job done elsewhere. A little while later he drove off and soon another tech arrived and did my service. So overall an hour and fifteen minutes which isn’t too bad. Everything else about the dealership seemed nice and very clean. My service advisor Gio was nice and accepted my coupon from Mopar which was on my phone. Only thing is that I’m not seeing the service on my Chrysler/Mopar app in my vehicle history. I’ll look into why later. More

For as big and as extravagant as the dealership was, the service department did not make me feel as though I was getting service to the Quality that size of a dealerships demands. More
