This could've been taking in a better timely manner my vehicle went to the shop on 12/10/2019 and got it 01/15/2020 and they never did the the change of oil and filter that was requested you would think t vehicle went to the shop on 12/10/2019 and got it 01/15/2020 and they never did the the change of oil and filter that was requested you would think that this could've been done, now I have to waste gas and my work time for this and I live far and have to go back for this to be done because someone drop the ball.
