2-3hr wait time ended up being 6.5hr wait. I bought a new vehicle here a few weeks ago, instead of a bedliner that came already priced with the truck but not yet installed they offered a spray I bought a new vehicle here a few weeks ago, instead of a bedliner that came already priced with the truck but not yet installed they offered a spray in bedliner which was great because I planned on doing this. I was told over the phone when I scheduled it would be 2-3hrs however it ended up taking 5.5 hours, when I went to look at the work done I noticed they over sprayed the liner material on numerous areas including on the side of the bed, on one of the plastic bed rail covers and in between the cab and bed and the were no tape lines between the bed sides and tailgate. Luckily they were able to remove the overspray on the side of the bed which took them another hour. I also noticed the next time I filed up my gas tank that the back of the fuel door had overspray on it as well. Inside the service center they did have wifi available but the TVs were not on during my 6.5 hours there. I believe I have 2 or 4 years of free oil changes here but I'd rather pay to stay more local and get it done in a reasonable time. More

I believe most of their solves have been poor decisions and bogus reasons to try to repair which has cost me a lot of money. Promises were made and nothing has been resolved. I picked up my Jeep yesterday after work and I barely made it out of the parking lot and the Check engine light went on again. I turned back into the parking lot and brought my Jeep back. I will not pay anything else at this time for a job poorly resolved. Waiting another story to come. I have been a customer for 12 years and now It has become a place that I would not recommend. I left my Jeep yesterday and the only service person there was Ray. I believe he was equally discouraged. More

I received a call Monday morning and was told my vehicle was ready but would cost more than $100.00 than I was quoted and authorized. My service advisor was never able to give me an itemized invoice which I requested several times through their text service and by telephone. It was very difficult to communicate with my Service Advisor as he did not return my calls or answer my text messages in a timely manner. A part was left uninstalled from my console. To the dealerships credit, I was sble to reslove the matter with the Service Dept Manager and paid only what I was originally quoted. The overall experience was very frustrating! More

Asked for the summary of work done and have yet to see it I brought my 2015 Ram in for 2 recalls. It took nearly a week and a half to get on the schedule. Work was supposed to take only an hour max.
