We had just brought a 2019 Dodge Ram 1500 On the trip home we received a nail on one of the tires from all the construction going on in John Young parkway. Worst dealership ever I was in Disney from Pennsylvania and had to take my truck in. I had to wait hours only to find out their courtesy vehicle took at least one person a I was in Disney from Pennsylvania and had to take my truck in. I had to wait hours only to find out their courtesy vehicle took at least one person ahead of me when I was next in line, so I had to Uber. Then they “fixed” my truck and as soon as I picked it up, you could tell it wasn’t fixed. In fact, they didn’t even take it for a test drive. I had to have it towed to another Dodge Dealership (Napleton), who did an exceptional job. More
