We were contacted about additional services they were suggesting for $485. Even as we were leaving was suggested to get the truck detailed on our next visit. Dealership was friendly like a salesman trying to get you to buy something. Bottom line- I did not feel the dealership was trustworthy so I would not recommend the service center or purchase a vehicle from here. More

Focused on selling me an oil change! I came in because “low engine oil pressure” warning sign came on. According to the owners manual, says not to operate the vehicle until the cause is I came in because “low engine oil pressure” warning sign came on. According to the owners manual, says not to operate the vehicle until the cause is corrected (page 64) Service rep immediately said I needed an oil change and before even looking at the vehicle. I asked him why, and he said you need it anyway. Service Report says I REQUESTED an oil change - I didn’t. There is no mention other than the standard multi point inspection that the cause of the warning message was looked into. I am left wondering if my engine will seize up. More

I was almost stranded there bc they lied and said my car would be done so I got dropped off with no other way home. accused me of lying (I had texts with my service tech to prove I wasnt & actually had to show them to prove it) and finally 2hrs late i got to leave. never called or texted to apologize but they did call to try and sell me a new car....like xxx seriously?!?!
