True to their warranty Took my 2004 TJ to get fixed because of starting issues. They diagnosed it as a bad fuel pump, which I wouldn't have caught because it was new. Still had some issues with it after they got me a new fuel pump, so I took it back. They didn't ask any questions, and said they'd fix it under their warranry. Took care of the issue and I had it back the same day. They gave me a detailed report of everything they did each trip for my records. I'm much more likely to return because of the peace of mind their service offers over a private mechanic. I'd suggest these guys for a serious issue with the Jeep instead of playing "part darts" More
Team worked hard to meet commitment I had previously been in for my 120,000 mile scheduled servicing when I brought up the issue with my Air Conditioner not coming on immediately. It was determined that there was a servo issue and the Computer was holding the A/C through the diagnostics. A part was ordered but it required the dashboard to be removed, which is a minimum of an 8 hour activity. This was a month ago, Geo Merced walked me through the process but I needed to wait until I could find the funds. When I showed up the day after Memorial Day, Ray Lopez met me and we went over the complete history and the reason I was there. I was very impressed that all of the notes from Geo, and the technion, Luigi?, had been scanned and were available. I told Ray that I was prepared to hang around until the technion removed the dashboard in case there was an issue. Ray told me that I had been preapproved for a rental. The activity actually spanned two days so I was grateful. Ray and the Team did a great job, I am very impressed. More

Accurate and very good service! I had just purchased a previously owned vehicle, still under warranty, and an issue occurred. The ABS censor lit along with another issue. I was surprised and upset since I nearly stalled out twice on the highway. I called the following day and my Jeep was towed back to the dealership. It took a while before it was picked up and even more time before it was looked at by the mechanic, that is why I didn’t give a 5 star rating. After a few texts and a phone call, Justin, told me it wouldn’t be diagnosed fully or fixed that day. I was without a vehicle. I insisted on a loner car, but they were all out. But Justin understood my needs and had a vehicle for me to use the next morning. Everything took time., even acquiring my loner. I had just filled it up with gas and was on my way home, when he called and said my Jeep was ready. Well, I asked for another test drive for the following day. I had appointments to keep. The the next day, my Jeep was fine. Justin was very accommodating and the service team was very thorough. Lisa Houston, the sales rep, stopped by to make sure all was good with the service. I highly recommend this service team, but be prepared to wait because it is a busy shop. More
