Went for a routine maintenance for an oil change. My service advisor recommended I do a spark plug change since my car is over 100k miles. The next time I got back to driving my Jeep, several alerts came up on my car with numerous errors such as engine temperature overheating and servicing the electronic throttle control. I never had any of these issues until my car was serviced here. I then had to return the vehicle and they recommended a coolant flush which had to be paid from my own pocket because they did not want to own up to breaking my car. After the coolant service, my car is once again throwing the very same errors. Prior to coming to Central Florida Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram, I never had issues with my car and I only came here because they had sent me an oil change coupon in the mail. Now I severely regret bringing my car to this dealership for service. More
