During a routine oil change I received a video from the mechanic suggested I get a tuneup. I thought that it was cool to get a look from the mechanic perspective. I was expecting the representative to talk mechanic suggested I get a tuneup. I thought that it was cool to get a look from the mechanic perspective. I was expecting the representative to talk to me about it but he didn’t, I got a text that my jeep was ready which was a first for me, previously the representative would take the time and walk over to let me know my vehicle was ready knowing I’ve been waiting there for over an hour and half. Long story short I still need to talk to representatives but I am thinking of getting it done elsewhere. More

It took me 2 hours for a scheduled diagnostic check on my vehicle. Seemed extensive. I was advised to leave my vehicle overnight so it could get repaired first thing in the morning. I never received a call the next day but called late in the afternoon to find out it wouldn’t be done that day and it would be done the following day. The following day, once again I never received a call letting me know it was finished. I called once, was told I’d get a call back. 2 hours later, I call to find out it’s done. While I am happy of the work that was done, as a customer, I shouldn’t have to call multiple times to check in and get updates. More
