My experience purchasing my Jeep was AMAZING!! It was a smooth transition and only took three days (one being a Sunday so really two). The sales rep was very patient with me and didn’t make me feel like I had to jump into such a big investment. To sum it up my experience was GREAT!!! While I wish I could say the same for service I can’t!!! Commodity Circle has the absolute WORST service department I’ve ever been too!!! I had to take my Jeep back because my Bluetooth wouldn’t connect. I went on 4/25 and was told that I needed a new radio and that it would be ordered. Ok fine. 2-3 weeks went by I never received a phone call or anything so I called them only to be told the radio hadn’t been order and that I needed to bring my Jeep in a second time for more testing. Ok. I returned on 5/23 the testing was supposedly and I was told that I needed an antenna and a cable. Ok fine. Yet again weeks go by and no one ever reach out to me!! I call and come to fund out the parts arrived, and we’re just sitting there. Go figure. I returned a third time and the issue still wasn’t fixed!!!!!!!!!! I was guaranteed this time that radio would be order. They were sure of it this time!!! Well things don’t change....weeks go by AGAIN no call so you got it I called!! At first they I was told a lie saying my radio was ordered on 4/25 but was back ordered. Hello at the time we were in June!! I’m a service writer myself back ordered warranty parts don’t take 2 months to arrive!!! After calling them out on the lie I was by Jason he would get with Sean the next morning figure out what happened and he’d call me back. We all know I never got that call so yes I ended up calling back. Only to hear this sad sop story from Jason about how he was sorry they dropped the ball twice no correction three times and that he’d make it better and get it corrected for me when I return on the 11th!! My fingers are not crossed as I am currently preparing to take this to the next level!!! For 3 months I worked with Sean Mock and now the service manager Jason trying to get a xxxx Bluetooth connection established. 3 xxxxING MONTHS!!! People if you can get service from somewhere else do so PLEASE!!! These ppl are a complete joke!!!! If you have to come here please get back into your vehicle if you have to deal with Sean and possibly Jason!!! They aren’t even worth the headache or the xxxxxxxx!!! I feel like at this point this is definitely a corporate matter. I would NOT recommend the service department on Commodity Circle in Orlando, FL under no circumstances!!! More

Was treated very poorly. Waited for radio repair for 3-4 months. Radio finally received by dealership. Made appointment to come in. Showed up for appointment and was told by Eli that work could not be done months. Radio finally received by dealership. Made appointment to come in. Showed up for appointment and was told by Eli that work could not be done because mechanics had COVID. Would have to wait another week. He also said we should have received a call that our appointment was canceled. We did not receive a call. Then he said there was no appointment in the computer. I called my husband who spoke with Eli. Eli was very rude and would not let my husband speak. My husband asked to speak with Jacob Perez and Eli said he is in a meeting upstairs it is Friday morning. He told us to email Jacob. I made an appointment for the following Friday and left. I spoke with my husband who in turn called Jacob Perez. Jacob called me and asked me to bring my truck in and ask for him when I returned. When I returned, Jacob stated that the way I was treated was not the way the dealership does business. He stated that he had the lead mechanic waiting to work on my vehicle. The work was complete within 40 minutes. Eli told me it would take 2-3 hours. We have purchased 4 vehicles from this dealership and have never been treated as bad as we were. Jacob said that any time we need service to ask to speak with him. Jacob saved the day and needs to be commended for his customer service and Eli needs to be trained in how to deal with upset customers. More
