The service was terrible on 7/6! I pulled up in the service area and was not greeted nor acknowledged. After waiting in my car for 25 minutes, and it was not busy, I went inside to ask for help. A car salesmen told me he would get a service advisor immediately. The car salesman came back 10 minutes later to make sure I’ve been assisted :) That was very sweet of him. I came in for an oil change and a tune-up with my coupon in hand. Coupon was for a $19.99 or 10% off any repair.
