Emergency repairs took way too long. My right rear brake caliper seized. I have mechanical knowledge so I know what is involved in fixing it. The job should take no more than 6 hours but My right rear brake caliper seized. I have mechanical knowledge so I know what is involved in fixing it. The job should take no more than 6 hours but you had my truck for 1WEEK. The mechanics did not seem to be able to diagnose the issue and threw parts at the repair. I would like to have spoken directly with the mechanic but that was not possible . There did not appear to be continuity in the repair process. More

The better of the two dealerships we have gone to in Orlando Our problems deal more with Chrysler than with the largely helpful and pleasant employees at Central Florida Chrysler. Gio Merced very helpfully let Our problems deal more with Chrysler than with the largely helpful and pleasant employees at Central Florida Chrysler. Gio Merced very helpfully let us come in with a flat tire and no appointment Saturday. He saw to other work for us that day as well that was not an emergency but which we were glad to have attended to. Gio apparently will be there for us when we return, but our prior experience has been that while we try to establish a cordial relationship with the Service people, the next time we come, whatever person we dealt with last time has disappeared. Have had endless problems with unreliable dashboard radio which they finally had to replace.New one still freezes now and then. Really unhappy that Chrysler does not even give owners of expensive new cars an Owners’ Manual. The little DVD supplied does not do it. More

1.5 weeks (including a weekend for an alignment) I was pushed to take my vehicle to a Jeep dealership after an accident because the vehicle could not be properly repaired. When I continued to call back, I was secondary on the priority list according to the receptionist in spite of having an appointment made and a vehicle already waiting to proceed. More

Oil change anf CD player not functioning This was my first experience with Chrysler, Mr Eli was helpful and courteous but service department is not what I expected, Took my car in Friday at 8 This was my first experience with Chrysler, Mr Eli was helpful and courteous but service department is not what I expected, Took my car in Friday at 8 am I was told that it was going to take time for them to co the radio so I went home in the courtesy transport wich by the way the young man was friendly and courteous. Around 6:30pm I call to know the status of my car and was told after various attempt to communicate with Eli tru phone and text, never had any respond from the dealer. So since it was 7 PM and no communication got to the conclusion that it was not served and since the service dept. Close at 7 pm. Fallowing day I got in touch with Mr Eli and he told me they didn't do anything to the car because they had to order the part wich has been 7 days and until today I have not received a phone call to let me know that the part is in. My car was parked I was never notifide to pick it up, until the fallowing dai that I got in touch with Mr. Eli. More

Easy to talk to, bit of a wait The dealership service center is usually very full so I understand the waiting, but every time you deal with an actual representative things go fast a The dealership service center is usually very full so I understand the waiting, but every time you deal with an actual representative things go fast and they make sure to have the mechanics get the job done. As for time, you will have to have an empty schedule for at least 3 1/2 hours but they will definitely get the job done and look at whatever you ask them to. More
