It took three trips and extra days to figure out what was wrong with my vehicle. The tech came up with some obscure reason (excuse) that cost me additional time, money and possible damages to my car due to t wrong with my vehicle. I was somewhat compensated but that did not appease my concerns. In the meantime I was approached by three used car salesman to buy my car and after I repeatedly said no, they kept on with the conversation till I got ride and told them to go away. On top of it, after the first wrong diagnosis, they tried to sell me additional services. I bought the car there. Would have expected white glove treatment. More
