We took our old 2006 Town and Country in to have the ac fixed. Turns out it needed the condenser replaced. The work was covered under warranty but for some reason took 9 days. Slowest service out of anywhere I’ve taken my car. Everything takes too long. Impossible to get the service advisor on the phone. Nice guy, but he has too many cars to juggle. Requested suspension inspection, ball joint boot was torn but technician did not even diagnose it until I spoke with the service advisor on the phone and told him I already knew it was torn. The dealership accepts any customer that walks in the door even if they don’t have an appointment which leads to an unmanageable workload. More
