Brought 2018 Ram in because backup camera was not working. They replaced radio, but didn’t resolve issue. Call JP to explain situation, he had me bring it in and took responsibility for the repair. Service sucks and they don"t value customers We have 2 Jeeps bought here, and we use to like to get them serviced here. Our battery died on a NEW jeep that is less than 2yrs, and only 12,000miles on it. I took it in, and they took like 3hrs, (only 4 cars being serviced, with Covid19 going on the dealer was empty and service side too} I had to ask they guys who were just walking around and not doing anything for updates. After more than 2 hrs the employee that I dealt with told me they had to get another part from another dealer and I had to wait longer, I asked him to get me the manager who didn't even bother to come out. More

Super Serviced My 2016 Dodge Ecodiesel I drive over 80,000 miles a year as courier in the medical, airline and corporate computer industry, and now solely as a second responder, and my truc I drive over 80,000 miles a year as courier in the medical, airline and corporate computer industry, and now solely as a second responder, and my truck has to be 100 % reliable and serviced quickly. I take my hat off to my Service Technician Eli, and my Ecodiesel Master Mechanic Paul. They did a super service on my truck of an oil change, transmission fluid and pan change, differential fluid change, and fuel filter change all in less than 2 hours. Kudos also to Victor Navarro in parts that got my order of parts to me quickly. Right after I left the service department, I had an emergency run to Brunswick, Georgia. The truck handled beautifully and with the new fluids, the temps were a few degrees below their normal readings, and the fuel mileage was up to 28.4 MPG. Thanks for all your help gang, and if you make a service or parts trip here remember Eli, Paul and Victor. More
