I made an appointment for Friday June 26th at 9 am. The service advisors had many more cars then they could handle. I had not planned to leave the car but at their advice I left it in hopes they could look service advisors had many more cars then they could handle. They did not look at it Friday or Saturday so I picked it up after closing on Saturday and went to another service shop on Sunday and within 45 minutes of me arriving they had diagnosed the problem with my car and gave me a 3 hour repair time. They fixed the car to my satisfaction. It is highly unlikely that I will return to your service department. Thank-you. More
