I came in for an oil change and a tune-up with my coupon in hand. Coupon was for a $19.99 or 10% off any repair. I explained that I was on a limited budget, but was still taken advantage of by the service in hand. Coupon was for a $19.99 or 10% off any repair. My experience purchasing my Jeep was AMAZING!! It was a smooth transition and only took three days (one being a Sunday so really two). While I wish I could say the same for service I can’t!!! Commodity Circle has the absolute WORST service department I’ve ever been too!!! I had to take my Jeep back because my Bluetooth wouldn’t connect. I went on 4/25 and was told that I needed a new radio and that it would be ordered. Ok fine. 2-3 weeks went by I never received a phone call or anything so I called them only to be told the radio hadn’t been order and that I needed to bring my Jeep in a second time for more testing. Ok. I returned on 5/23 the testing was supposedly and I was told that I needed an antenna and a cable. Ok fine. Yet again weeks go by and no one ever reach out to me!! I call and come to fund out the parts arrived, and we’re just sitting there. Go figure. I returned a third time and the issue still wasn’t fixed!!!!!!!!!! I was guaranteed this time that radio would be order. They were sure of it this time!!! Well things don’t change....weeks go by AGAIN no call so you got it I called!! At first they I was told a lie saying my radio was ordered on 4/25 but was back ordered. Hello at the time we were in June!! I’m a service writer myself back ordered warranty parts don’t take 2 months to arrive!!! After calling them out on the lie I was by Jason he would get with Sean the next morning figure out what happened and he’d call me back. We all know I never got that call so yes I ended up calling back. Only to hear this sad sop story from Jason about how he was sorry they dropped the ball twice no correction three times and that he’d make it better and get it corrected for me when I return on the 11th!! My fingers are not crossed as I am currently preparing to take this to the next level!!! For 3 months I worked with Sean Mock and now the service manager Jason trying to get a xxxx Bluetooth connection established. 3 xxxxING MONTHS!!! People if you can get service from somewhere else do so PLEASE!!! These ppl are a complete joke!!!! If you have to come here please get back into your vehicle if you have to deal with Sean and possibly Jason!!! They aren’t even worth the headache or the xxxxxxxx!!! I feel like at this point this is definitely a corporate matter. I would NOT recommend the service department on Commodity Circle in Orlando, FL under no circumstances!!! More
