Took my Jeep Cherokee in for regular oil change. Shawn got me in and out quick. I came in first thing in the morning without an appointment. I have two other Jeeps. The service was terrible on 7/6! I pulled up in the service area and was not greeted nor acknowledged. After waiting in my car for 25 minutes, and it was not busy, I went inside to ask for help. A car salesmen told me he would get a service advisor immediately. The car salesman came back 10 minutes later to make sure I’ve been assisted :) That was very sweet of him. However, the advisors need to work on their customer service. I expect the same treatment every time I service my vehicle. Very disappointed! More
