Made an appointment for service at 9:20AM. Arrived right at 9:20. Waited in the heat for 20 minutes before I was even acknowledged. Once I was finally with a service advisor, I felt good about the service I at 9:20. Waited in the heat for 20 minutes before I was even acknowledged. Once I was finally with a service advisor, I felt good about the service I would receive. By 4PM, I hadn’t received an update on my vehicle. I called and was sent to voicemail. By 5PM, I had not heard back so I called again. At this point I was told that my vehicle hadn’t even been looked at yet! I wound up leaving my car overnight, but still had to do all of the work on my end to get a status update the following day. The mechanical issue was resolved to my satisfaction. But the customer service was non-existent this visit. It was the complete opposite experience than what I had at my prior visit! More

I sent my daughter to have my car service we had an appointment for 9 she said there were two cars BEHIND her and the service department service the other cars first and she had to wait for someone to appointment for 9 she said there were two cars BEHIND her and the service department service the other cars first and she had to wait for someone to help her treated her like she was invisible she also has a Jeep she explain that she would never use this please for service or purchase a car because it was horrible this make me wondered about bring my car here again. 1040 appt didn’t get checked in till 11. Just there for oil change and tire rotation took 3 hrs from appt time till I left. I will be looking elsewhere for better service time. They will get a copy of my warranty that I got from you to make sure is all good and now get double the work. More
